MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K is not like many other multivitamin supplements out there. It’s really good, really resourceful and lives up to the manufacturer claims (something that’s pretty rare these days).

Although, no doubt it is an amazing multivitamin, question still remains! Is MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K one of the best multivitamin supplements out there?

*This is the second article in two article series about this supplement. If you like a more scientific approach with references considering every ingredient of the supplement, take a look at the first review I did on the supplement.*

ProThera Claims It to be … Well, Nothing Really

Overall Assessment of Vitamins for the ProThera MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula (plus Vitamin K)It is very pleasant and refreshing to find a description page that does not promise you a miracle in a bottle. What usually will happen is that, if you look at some of the popular brands out there (like Centrum), their description pages literally promises you the world. It’s the best at this, the best at that, amazing this, unrivaled that. Not with MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K though.

ProThera (the supplement’s manufacturer) is very down to Earth is this regard. They promise a high-potency 29 the important vitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement. And that is exactly what they deliver (I did recount just to make sure).

The only two incongruities I could find was that they also stated that all of these nutrients are in well-absorbed forms and that the supplement contains all natural forms of Vitamin E.

Overall Assessment of Minerals for the ProThera MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula (plus Vitamin K)The nutrients are in well-absorbable forms by far most of the time rather. And as for vitamin E, MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K has 4 forms out of complete 8 natural vitamin E forms. Which is still extremely good for a multivitamin, but does not justify saying “all”.

Whereas when it comes to the supplement itself, it’s very hard to pin point any flaws other than the two minor flaws already mentioned.

However, if we really pick the litter, I could identify two more. Needless to say that the first is and the second turned out to be are very minor as well.

2 Additional Minor Flaws of the MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K

1. The Supplement Does Not Contain The Full Spectrum of Carotenoids

The MultiThera contains Beta-Carotene, Alpha-Carotene and Beta-Cryptoxanthin – 3 out of complete 6 carotenoids. This is not bad at all, but you are potentially missing out on some of the benefits that the other 3 carotenoids provide.

2. The Supplement Has Natural Citrus Flavour as One of It’s Additives

Flavouring is something that you typically rather need to avoid, if there is no possibility of finding out what the particular flavour’s ingredients are. This is because there are very many ingredients that hide under such a term. And “natural” isn’t always that natural and harmless.

Citrus FruitsAs I did not want to give up on MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K, I contacted ProThera and asked for the ingredient list for this natural flavour. And such I was provided.

All in all, I did a research on all the ingredients and from what I can tell, it should rather be considered as a beneficial substance, not as an additive.

Thus, on the surface it might look like a bad thing, but it’s not, it’s rather beneficial. And actually there is a reason behind as to why this Natural Citrus Flavour is in the supplement, which I didn’t notice at first. But on that reason – later.

Wrapping up the flaw section, I must admit that there isn’t a real kind of flaw here. By that I mean a flaw that would potentially make this supplement avoidable. All of these flaws are very, very minor, probably even not worth mentioning.

Ultimately, though, there is very much to like about this MultiThera.

4 Amazing Things About MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K

1. MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K Has EVERYTHING

Thumbs UpWell, yeah. It has everything, if we look at the grand scheme of things.

Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D3, E, K1, K2, Choline, Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Boron and Vanadium, Inositol – everything that the Prime Daily Values define as absolutely necessary for great health.

And this is not only nutrient diversity wise, but also nutrient amount wise besides only few exceptions. The exceptions are the already mentioned ones, as well as Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin B12. All of these are quite insignificant, very common to multivitamins and easily fixable.

2. MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K Is Completely Safe to Use

I did include this in the original MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K review, so I wanted to also keep it here. And that is the fact that this supplement is completely safe to use.

I do recognise that for some people the nutrient amounts that are in the supplement might seem like too much and probably harmful. However, this can’t be further from the truth.

Studies have shown that these amounts are in no way and can’t ever be harmful, even if used daily for a lifetime. In fact, the amounts of nutrients that are present in MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K are actually essential for developing and maintaining great health. More on this in The Scientific Review and in the article I posted on Prime Daily Values.

3. The Supplement Does Not Contain Any Harmful Additives

This is something that a lot of, and I mean a lot of multivitamin supplements struggle with. MultiThera 1 Capsule Formula Plus Vitamin K for additives has Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Water, Silicon Dioxide, L-leucine and Natural Citrus Flavor.

All of them are harmless and some of them, like L-leucine, are very beneficial.

4. It Can be Taken Without The Capsule

Mixed in FoodThis is an interesting option that ProThera deems as possible. Namely, if one does not like to take capsules, it is asserted that you can simply remove the capsule and combine it’s ingredients, for example, with food.

Thus, it is quite a pleasant option for people, who don’t like capsules and pills. And essentially for this reason I also believe that the natural citrus flavour was added in the first place.

Other than that, you often times see gummy vitamin manufacturers asserting that typical capsules and pills are hard to swallow etc. However, this surely isn’t the case with MultiThera as I’ve found that 3 capsules (half of daily dose) can be easily swallowed even without water during a meal.

This is a very informative and balanced review of MultiThera. There are so many different multivitamins on the market so it is good to have a well researched review of one. I was impressed that you offered different outlets to purchase it from. I also checked back at the scientific review you did of the product and it certainly seems to stack up with all the ingredients it contains.
